Experience Fjällbacka in winter and enjoy delicious food in the company of good friends. Thomas Sjögren and head chef Tim Larsson have crafted a five-course menu inspired by the spirit of Christmas. Mamsell’s Christmas dinner is served in five courses, both plated and as a table buffet.
The menu includes all the traditional favorites of the season—herring, cold fish dishes, cold cuts, warm dishes, and an extraordinary dessert table.
