Mamsell’s Signature – Two Days of Flavour
Treat yourself to the finest of Fjällbacka with this carefully curated gourmet experience at Stora Hotellet. Your first evening begins with a five-course tasting menu at Restaurant Mamsell – a journey through local flavours and seasonal ingredients. On your second night, a new dining experience awaits with a beautifully crafted three-course dinner.

In between, you’ll sleep soundly in crisp sheets and fluffy duvets, waking up to our generous seaside breakfast buffet each morning. A table is reserved for you at 7:00 PM – if you prefer a different time, just let us know.

Children up to 11 years old are welcome to order dinner on-site (not included in the package).
